With over 18 years in the industry, our Managing Director/Head Chef Ant knows the ropes when it comes to tickling your and your guest's taste buds.

Ant trained and spent the first 5 years of his career climbing the culinary ladder at London's famous Dorchester hotel where he worked in their restaurants and banqueting kitchens gaining knowledge and experience that is second to none.

He since furthered his career co-running the high-end banqueting kitchens at the Bvlgari Hotel & Grove hotel before becoming the executive sous chef for the global infusion group where he specialised in private events and cooking for the biggest music artists while they toured the world, the Porsche Carrera cup race team and has also ran kitchens across the globe cooking at the Olympics in Brazil, Korea, Tokyo & China.
