No More Filter Coffee

We love our coffee, so much so that we use a great blend from our local coffee roasters at Arden coffee. We use Franke bean to cup as standard but also can offer a dedicated barista service on tours and artist catering at festivals

  • We work with a network of local farmers, fisheries and small holdings helping to keep food miles down. We actively aim to that at least 50% of our fresh ingredients (by volume) will come from within a 100 mile radius.

  • We reduce our waste with careful menu planning, experienced predictive meal ordering and requesting accurate dining numbers. However due to the nature of catering there will always be surplus food, we deal with donating to local charities allowing them to help people who really need it. Any non salvageable food is composted where possible and our oil is recycled after use.

  • Absolutely! We understand that artists and festival crew have diverse dietary preferences and restrictions. Our menus are designed to be flexible, accommodating various dietary needs and offering a wide range of delicious options. We encourage anyone who have special dietary requests to let us know at their earliest convenience so our chefs can cater for their needs.
